Located on the serene banks of the River Kaveri, near the Sangam, Galibore is a picturesque destination that is roughly 100 kilometers from Bangalore. The area is renowned for its abundance of Mahseer fish, making it a popular spot for fishing enthusiasts.

Visitors can enjoy a breathtaking sunset while taking a coracle ride and may even spot crocodiles, otters, and other wildlife along the way. Wild elephants also frequent the river banks to drink water, adding to the area s natural charm. Additionally, a great barbecue corner is available for guests.

Nature in its purest form

Great place, nature in its purest form. Travelled with kids and they enjoyed the nature. Staff was amazing providing specific food for the kids on request. Evening campfire and watching the stars in clear open sky was one of the best things to happen. Growing up in a city my 5 year old saying I never knew we can see so many stars in the sky made the trip worthwhile. Thanks to Usha at Trailroot for arranging this on short notice.

Spectacular place for nature lovers.

Spectacular place for nature lovers. JLR food fare was simple,hygienic and tasty,as usual. Campfire setting was surprisingly AWESOME but for a noisy group of humans. Coracle ride was short and superb. Overall an excellent trip and thanks to trailroot for getting me the accommodate on a very short notice.

Great location

We drove from Bangalore on 1st Jan along with friends to spent a day at the Nature camp. The drive for last few kilometers was through the jungle roads, but manageable. Don’t trust google map, check with resort manager . Please note you won’t get mobile signals . It is a beautiful serene place on the banks for Kaveri . They serve delicious food at Gol ghar . Croacle ride was enthralling experience, witnessing so many different birds and crocodile lazing in the river. Loved every bit of bonfire on full moon day on the banks in evening along with delicious snacks served. There are lots of adventure games available for kids under 12. You can cycle around the property and spend time on hammocks. Morning nature walk to a part Kaveri , where you can venture in water was absolute fun. More important they have very courteous and service is very prompt. They will do every bit to make your stay comfortable in jungle. Will definitely visit again.
