Cancellations policy
If you have made a reservation through Trailroot Holidays Pvt Ltd., please note that all requests for cancellations of confirmed bookings must be submitted in writing or via email to our office located in Bengaluru by the person who made the booking.
- 15% of tariff for cancellation prior to three weeks before chick-in date.
- 50% of tariff for cancellation less than three weeks and prior to one week before check-in date.
- No refund or cancellation less one week before check-in date.
- Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations made between December 15th and January 5th, after the confirmation voucher has been issued and payment has been received.

Reservation policy
Please take note of the following important information regarding reservations made through Trailroot Holidays Pvt Ltd.,
- To protect your payment, please always communicate with Trailroot and avoid transferring money or communicating outside of Trailroot, even with former employees.
- Trailroot Team will never ask you for your personal information such as credit/debit card details, passwords, PIN, CVV, OTP, etc. Please do not share these details with anyone over phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email or any other source.
- Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
- Please ensure to provide accurate passenger age details to avoid penalties at a later stage.
- No reservations are confirmed until the full amount has been deposited into our bank account.
- There will be no refunds for no-shows, early departure, late arrivals, or unused portions of accommodations, meals, activities, or services.
- An invoice for your stay will be issued after the completion of your journey.
- Please avoid unethical practices and follow timelines provided.
- Please follow the instructions of the homestay, JLR, resort, and forest department.
- All wildlife viewing and adventure activities for Jungle Lodges and Resort guests will be accompanied by JLR trained naturalists. While every care and precaution is taken to ensure guest safety, Jungle Lodges and Resorts or Trailroot Holidays Pvt Ltd. cannot be held liable for any untoward incidents that may arise during outdoor activities. Furthermore, the company is not liable for wilful or negligent acts by clients during wildlife and adventure activities.
Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any deficiency in service, delays, improper services provided by the third-party service provider, or any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any hotelier, airlines, shipping company, coach owner/ transport operator who are the company's independent contractors. However, we will make our best efforts to resolve any complaints or issues raised by our clients to ensure a satisfactory experience.
