Great place to rejuvenate yourselves, Very good hospitality, the property manager is very polite, fulfilled the requirements and provided guidance whenever needed. The beach area could be maintained little more.

Great place

The property owner was very hospitable, he fulfilled all our requirements, the location is good in terms of privacy and solitude. A great place for a couple of day outing

Spend quality time with family.

Good place to visit, have a private beach,one side and other side covered with back waters. separate boat to roam around, where we can spend quality time with family, very calm and cool place.3 times food is really good and Ranjit and staff who is working there is very co-operative and helpful. Couple of things which needs to be improved. 1) Cleaning and electricity in the rooms needs to be checked well in advance before the guest arrived. 2) Back up of electricity and water should be kept ready. overall if they improve these two things and try maintain same quality of food then it will be very good. I am glad you enjoyed your food & hospitality with us and am not happy to note that you found our service regarding the electricity backup & cleanliness was a upset
I have conveyed your feedback to the property caretaker and would like to assure you that he has initiated the appropriate measures to ensure that the same is rectified at the earliest.
Due to heavy monsoon in Kerala, faced electricity problem due to which the power backups after continous use of 8hrs drained out & Hot water was not available on your arrival since we run it on electric geysers.
Let me assure you that we have taken all your feedback positively.
